The Encounter is a discipleship journey designed to help people encounter Jesus, establish a biblical foundation, experience healing and restoration, grow in spiritual maturity, discover their God-given purpose, and become equipped to live and proclaim the Gospel.

WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT FROM THE ENCOUNTER?

A FOUNDATION IN THE GOSPEL

You will gain a clear understanding of the Gospel, salvation, Jesus Christ, Scripture, faith, repentance, grace, and what it means to genuinely follow Christ.

The Encounter is designed to help you establish a biblical foundation so that you are not simply familiar with Christianity, but understand what you believe and why you believe it.

HEALING & RESTORATION

The Encounter creates space to examine the experiences, beliefs, wounds, patterns, and circumstances that may have shaped the way you see yourself, others, and God.

Through biblical teaching, spiritual guidance, reflection, and support, you will be encouraged toward healing, wholeness, and restoration.

This is a place to begin understanding what has shaped you while allowing God to transform you.

FREEDOM & RENEWED THINKING

You will learn to recognize unhealthy patterns, confront strongholds and false beliefs, come out of agreement with what contradicts God’s truth, renew your mind through Scripture, and learn what it means to walk out your freedom.

Freedom is not merely an experience. It is something a disciple learns to walk in through truth, obedience, renewed thinking, and continued growth.

You will develop the practices and understanding necessary to grow in your relationship with God.

You will be encouraged to develop a life of:

Prayer
Worship
Fasting
Studying the Word

As you grow in Christ, you will be guided toward a deeper understanding of your identity, spiritual gifts, calling, purpose, and assignment.

The goal is not simply to discover what you are called to do, but to become the person who can faithfully carry what God has entrusted to you.

You will be encouraged to discover:

Who you are in Christ
What God has developed in you
Your gifts and strengths
The burdens God has placed in you
Who you are called to serve
Where you are called to serve
What God may be calling you to do

The Encounter does not stop at what God does in you. It prepares you for what God wants to do through you.

You will be equipped to:

Understand and communicate the Gospel
Share your testimony
Evangelize
Serve others
Minister to people
Use your gifts responsibly
Disciple others
Help others grow in Christ

The goal is to move from being discipled to becoming someone who can help disciple others.

Through teaching, spiritual development, guided reflection, biblical study, practical application, community, and intentional discipleship, The Encounter is designed to help you move from simply hearing about Christ to walking with Christ and becoming equipped to help others do the same.
